Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions, rules and regulations of JSC Studio may result in expulsion. I acknowledge and understand that the Employee, Contractor and Freelancer Application Subject to Approval.

The Employee’s and/or Freelance Work has been specially ordered and commissioned by the Company as a contribution to a collective work, a supplementary work or other category of work eligible to be treated as a work made for employment agreement under the Copyright Act. The Company shall be the sole author of the Employee’s and/or Freelance Work and any work embodying the Employee’s and/or Freelance Work according to the Copyright Act. The Employee’s and/or Freelance Work shall be deemed a commissioned work and a work made for employment agreement to the greatest extent permitted by law.

To the extent that the Employee’s and/or Freelance Work is not properly characterized as a work made for hire, the Employee’s and/or Freelance grants to the Company unlimited transferable and exclusive all rights, titles and interest in the Employee’s Work, including all copyright rights, material, ideas, creations, developments, innovations, improvements, trade secrets, concepts, inventions, processes, information, records, business plans, business strategies, customer lists, operating procedures, design, formulas, know-how and processes, computer programs, computer software (in object code or source code form), technical data, a product plans, products, database information services, products, database information services, and inventories, discoveries, technology, designs, engineering, hardware configuration information, marketing, financial information, and improvements of any kind, and specifications owned and other works of authorship created, performed, developed, written, or conceived by the Employee, in perpetuity and throughout the world.
